There are ussualy two filters on your cleaner. Should you ever need to replace them, use only the original suitable for your type and brand.
Here is the tips to clean the filter fibres of your car cleaner vacuum :

• Remove and empty the dust compartment as it’s detailed
• Remove the filter cassette from the filter holder
• Pull the tag to remove the sponge filter from cassette
• Remove loose fibres and larger particles from the filter
• Hand wash the filter or place in washing machine on a 40 degree programme.
• Squeeze to remove excess water and leave to air dry. The filter must be not tumble-dried. Place the filter back into the filter cassette and filter holder ensuring it is completely. Replace the filter holder back into the cleaner.
• To avoid damaging the cleaner, do not use it without the filter in place.

Here is the tips to clean the HEPA filter of your car cleaner vacuum:

• Open the filter cover and remove the filter
• Rinse the inside (dirty side) of the filter under warm tap water. Do not use cleaning agents and avoid touching the delicate filter surface
• Tap the filter frame to remove excess water. Repeat the cleaning procedure at least four times and allow the filter to air dry completely. The original filtering performance is now restored. Place the dry filter back into the cleaner and close the cover
